خلاصه مقاله:
Silica-zirconia membranes were prepared on a modified alumina support by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method at 923 k and atmospheric pressure. Prepared silica-zirconia membrane were showed H2 permeance 2.3 ×10−7 mol/m2 sPa.The selectivity of H2/CO, H2/CH4 & H2/CO2 reached 750,1600 & 570 at 12 h of deposition time.Studied of the prepared membrane showed that the permeation mechanism was similar to that of Silica pure membrane, mechanism of small gas transport through the silica membrane is molecular diffusion..
