Identifying an appropriate location for special wastes burial in each country is an indisputable priority. Obviously, the use of quantitative methods and reduced experts’ involvement in the decision making and evaluation process can provide better results. Therefore, in this research, Analytic Network Process (ANP) based TOPSIS method is used to locate a proper landfill for special industrial waste. In doing so, there are some effective criteria, such as ecological and socioeconomic parameters, which were identified by Delphi method. To carry out the research, digital layers and required data were obtained from databases and field data were collected from the study area. The final site selection map was obtained using TOPSIS method and the factors were weighted using ANP method by integrating the information in GIS. The obtained results showed that 16.99% (= 138100.23 hectares) of the study area is potentially proper while 22.54% (183207.78 hectares) of it is not appropriate for landfilling of industrial wastes
