خلاصه مقاله:
Gummosis and root-knot nematode are two kinds of the most important pistachio disease in Iran. The damage of them is abundant in infected regions. Unfortunately, control of these diseases is very difficult and involves Great expense, because agent of them is earthborn. The usage of resistant rootstocks is the most important in control method. In order to, the possibility of producing resistant hybrid seedling to mentioned diseases, five trees from wild rootstocks, P.atlantica subSp mutica. P.atlantica subSp. atlantica and common rootstocks, Ghazvini. Badami-zarand and Owhadi were selected. Then pollinations were controlled did that with closing impermeable cloth. The obtained hybrid seeds and produced from free pollination were: harvested in favorable timc. These seeds were planted in greenhouse. The obtained six-month-old and one-year-old seedlings grown were infected with fungi insole Phyrophthora dreshleri (one of gummosis disease agents). The result indicate that mortality percent of concurrence of male P.atlantica subSp mUliea to female Ghazvini is 21.5 and the most resistant hybrid was in first stage experiment(six-month-old) in comparison with else concurrence Also concurrence of male P.atlantica subSp. atlantica to female Ghazvini and With 21.05 and 22.22 percent mortality in six-month-old and 23.52 and 19.35 percent mortality in onc-year-old inceptively had most resistance in comparison with else concurrence. Vegetative growth of P.atlantica subSp. atlantica concurrence as male parent and rootstock Ghazvini,Badami-zarand, Owhadi was fewer then concurrence of them with P.atlantica subSp mutica as male parent. The concurrence of P.atlantica subSp mutica as male Parent hadn't sensible effect on vegetation growth in comparison with produced rootStocks by free pollination. The infection of soil to root-knot nematode was inefficient, therefore the possibility accomplisfunent experiments of evaluating to root-knot nematode wasn't.
