خلاصه مقاله:
processing industries have to preserve and protect their generations and processes from defeat or failure. Failures can take in very figures regarded as risk. The presence of risk in many unit operations of manufacturing processes must be identified. Risk assessment is a methodical and planned technique to identifying risks and ranking them to make determinations to prevent and decrease risk and render it to an acceptable value. Risk assessment is a widely applied methodology of effective and powerful tools in the safety of process units to decrease the risk of different incidents. The usage of risk assessment methods is amplifying and increasing and various quantitative and semi-quantitative methods are applied to identify hazards and assess risk. In this new article, for the first time, it was done identification, analysis, assessment and controlling of process risks related to environment and hygiene of processes in antibiotic tablet production by FMEA methodology. Results showed that amount of risks decreased 50% after applying control and prevention actions. These showed the desirable and effectiveness of suggested and designed control actions
