خلاصه مقاله:
The relationship between social responsibility and corporate innovation was investigated in the present study. The statistical population of this study included all of the employees and managers in industrial companies in Bushehr province. Data were collected through convenience sampling. A standard questionnaire was used for collecting the data related to the research variables. The reliability and validity were evaluated through Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis. The conceptual model was measured through the structural part of the structural equation model and path analysis. Findings indicated a significant positive relationship between the dimensions of corporate social responsibility (economic, legal, ethical, and humanitarian responsibility) and organizational innovation.
