خلاصه مقاله:
The combination of the spectroscopic and molecular modeling methods was utilized to understand theZnO nanoparticle interaction with Human serum albumin (HSA). The interaction studies of the ZnOnanoparticle and HSA revealed that ZnO nanoparticle has a strong efficacy to quench the intrinsicfluorescence of HSA and the mechanism of interaction was found to be static type. The results ofUV–vis spectroscopy showed that this nanoparticle could bind to HSA and be effectively transportedand eliminated in the body. These observations were substantiated by molecular docking studies.
