خلاصه مقاله:
KTP nanoparticles were synthesized by the co-precipitation method. Different mole ratios of triethylamine as a capping agent was used. The size, morphology, and structural properties of obtained nanoparticles were investigated. 1:1 mole ratio of triethylamine showed the smallest grain size, particle size, and higher structural quality rather than other mole ratios. Obtained nanoparticles without capping agent showed dumbbell-form. Using trimethylamine as a capping agent changed the nanoparticle morphology. 1:3 mole ratio of triethylamine showed oval-form. 1:1 and 1:2 mole ratio of triethylamine showed spherical-form.
