خلاصه مقاله:
In today's fast-paced world, all organizations are looking for opportunities for organizational excellence and continuous improvement of their performance, while paying attention to the personal characteristics of the employees, the 'work-to-do' active engagement and deliberate engagement in the process. Is personal growth, an organization that has a productive staff, provides more learning opportunities, achieves innovation to change and improve its performance . Given the importance of this issue, the present study provides an overview of existing resources, researches, and theories of management and organization scholars to examine the concept of Thriving in the workplace, reproductive staff and its effects on organizational performance. According to the study conducted in the present study, it should be said that when the areas of childbirth are at work, and the staff have a sense of Thriving, because they experience a sense of learning and vitality to matters outside of their formal duty as a way to Learning to look at new things goes beyond its duty and focuses on the needs of other employees at work. It is also inevitable to gain a prominent position in today's highly competitive global arena, applying the principles and characteristics of productive organizations to the growth of organizations. The growing staff will perform better because of their desire to move towards learning and development.
