خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, we are trying to smart control the duration of people's sleep by a microcontroller.The system asks people the duration of sleep as their desire, and the system tries to get the signals of the heartbeat by a sensor. After applying the analog process, we give the appropriate signal to the counter unit of the microcontroller for counting the heartbeat rate, and then the microcontroller detects the heartbeat rate (HBR). It follows the HBR until the sleep symptoms appear by decreasing the HBR, and the system detects that user’s asleep. Consequently, the system starts the countdown as user ordered and after the end of the countdown, the alarm starts ringing and makes user awake.
