خلاصه مقاله:
Many organizations need to evaluate their customers to accept and rank orders received from their customers in the current world due to the growth of technology and competitive market and the existence of a lot of constraints in the real world and resource constraints. Here, we deal with providing an approach to evaluate the customers to accept orders. There are many constraints on behalf of the customer and many parameters to evaluate on behalf of the supplier in this issue. In this paper, evaluation is related to the customer from the perspective of the supplier, and the model has been analyzed in the fuzzy space due to the uncertainties. The Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis Model has been used to evaluate the customers and then, the mixed programming method has been used to investigate the ability to produce orders.
