خلاصه مقاله:
Colon cancer is the fourth most deadly cancer in the world.Unfortunately, there is no specific and certain treatment for this cancer[1,2].Deciphering molecular mechanism inducing colon cancer formation, as well as sustaining its identity seem to be useful for developing a new strategy to control its progression. The purpose of this study was to find the key transcription factors (TFs) controlling transcriptional regulatory network in colon cancer.
