خلاصه مقاله:
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is known as the cause of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Due to COVID-19 pandemic, many researches have been currently focused on different aspects of this illness including discovering the molecular mechanism of disease. One of the key investigations in this field is studying the host transcriptional response to SARSCoV- 2 infection [1]. Computational analysis of the gene expression profiles of COVID-19 patients is a crucial approach fordeciphering gene regulatory networks, molecular interactions, and signaling pathways incorporated in host antiviral response at molecular and cellular level. This information significantly helps in understanding the disease molecular mechanism that is a necessity for efficient prevention, diagnosis and therapy.
