خلاصه مقاله:
Red meat is one of the most frequently consumed sources of protein in human society. One of the measures to increase meat production is cattle muscle growth [1]. Genes and hormones have a significant role in animals’ growth and development. STAT3 and HMOX1 genes are of great importance in the growth process. HMOX1 gene is involved in skeletal muscle cells and plays an important role in the regeneration of muscle fibers [2] and STAT3 gene is involved in cell proliferation, development, differentiation and apoptosis [3]. The impact of microRNAs on the expression of these genes might reduce gene expression (4).
