خلاصه مقاله:
Anodic aluminum oxide layer was formed on the 1200 aluminum substrate using anodization method. Inthis research, the pore size distribution, structural and morphological of anodic aluminum oxide by utilizingoxalic acid as electrolyte was investigated.The pore size distribution and morphology of anodic aluminum oxide was obtained through field emissionscanning electron microscope (FESEM) and its structural characteristics was determined by energy dispersivespectrometer (EDS).The results show that by using oxalic acid at temperature room condition can obtain to anon-uniform anodic aluminum oxide with micrometer pores created on the 1200 aluminum substrate.
