Introduction:The present study aimed to compare the anterior segment measurements between optical low-coherence reflectometry (LenStar LS۹۰۰) and anterior segment optical coherence tomography (CASIA۲ OCT). Methods:A total of ۱۹۸ right eyes of ۱۹۸ healthy participants were used for the current study, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Ocular biometry parameters, such as central corneal thickness (CCT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), keratometry, and anterior chamber width (ACW), were measured usingLenStar LS ۹۰۰ and CASIA۲ OCT. The differences and correlations were assessed between these two instruments. The agreement was calculated as the ۹۵% limits of agreement (LoA). Results: Among ۱۹۸ subjects with a mean age of ۲۹.۳۹±۷.۸۸ years who enrolled in the study, ۱۰۶ individuals (۵۳.۵%) were women. The mean CCT values were ۵۳۱.۷±۳۵.۲۵ and ۵۲۷.۳±۳۷.۸۲ µm for LenStar and OCT, respectively (P˂۰.۰۰۰۱). The ACD measurements showed ۲.۹۲±۰.۴۰ and ۲.۹۵±۰.۴۳ mm for LenStar and OCT, respectively (P=۰.۰۵۴۹). The ACW mean values were ۱۲.۰۴±۰.۵۲ and ۱۱.۷۹±۰.۴۹ mm by LenStar and OCT (P˂۰.۰۰۰۱). The ۹۵% LoA between the two instruments were within the ranges of -۲۰.۷۹ to ۲۹.۴۳ µm, -۰.۵۰ to -۰.۴۳ mm, -۰.۳۲ to ۰.۸۲ mm, and -۰.۷۰ to ۰.۸۷ D for CCT, ACD, ACW, and astigmatism, respectively. Conclusion: LenStar and OCT showed to have interchangeable ACD measurements; however, the results of CCT, ACW, and corneal astigmatism measured by these two instruments demonstrated clinically significant differences
