Plants need some micronutrients to grow, which a new liquid fertilizer brand Dupinix can provide it. In the present study, the effect of a new liquid fertilizer under the Dopinix brand on wheat plant growth was investigated and then the treated wheat was harvested and was used to prepare concentrate of the above research mice. Four groups of male Nmeri mice weighing ۲۰-۲۵ gr were randomly determined, the first group (control), the second group (mice fed with wheat concentrate), the third group (fed mice with commercial concentrate impregnated with fertilizer), and group ۴ (injection with a concentration of ۰.۰۰۲). In total, fed mice after ۳ months were used to measure research variables and changes in two tumor markers, CEA and CA۱۹-۹, were examined. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between treatments in CA۱۹-۹ tumor marker and the highest level of this factor was related to injection treatment with a concentration of ۰.۰۰۲ with a value of (۱۱.۶) and the lowest level of this factor was related to treatment. Mice fed concentrate prepared from wheat with: (۰.۶۴), but no significant difference between treatments in CEA marker tumor. It seems that this fertilizer causes carcinogenic effects in relation to some tumor markers and should be further investigated for these effects.
