خلاصه مقاله:
The present study is related to the study of effective expression networks in primary open-angle glaucoma. They become primary. For this purpose, gene expression data related to retinal trabecular tissue tissue were used. Using these data and after normalizing the raw data using R software and WGCNA package, gene expression networks were identified and the main clusters and relationships between genes and underlying influencing genes were identified. Then, using the main genes of each module and interpreting each gene, the relationship between these genes and glaucoma was investigated. In this study, ۷ important modules were identified, ۲ of which are the most important in this article.
