خلاصه مقاله:
As integration circuit chips fabrication enters the deep submicron era, electric effects have been increased in performance electronic systems such as crosstalk noise. Crosstalk noise is one of the most important problems in ۰.۱۸ M designs or less and it can change the signal and it may lead to circuit failure. In this paper, MOSFET transistor is done using along with buffer and RLCK interconnects model based on Carbon Nanotube with an operating frequency of ۵۰ MHz so as to minimize crosstalk noise and in interconnects. Simulation results using HSPICE shows that at ۳۲nm technology crosstalk noise is reduced by this solution
