خلاصه مقاله:
With the increasing expansion of power networks and the process of restructuring in them, various and new aspects of electrical engineering are introduced that require new and more detailed studies. With the competitiveness of the electricity market, issues such as power quality, load forecasting, reliability, etc. become doubly important because power must be delivered to the consumer at a specific time and with high quality and reliability. Therefore, control systems in different parts of the network should be designed and used to meet the technical and economic goals of participating in a competitive market. On the other hand, disturbances in power systems are inevitable and can sometimes cause problems for the network and pose a threat to stability. Of course, it is impossible to eliminate the possibility of disturbances and fluctuations in the work network, and it has always been tried to increase the reliability of the network. Therefore, control cycles that increase network stability are of great importance. In this research, power system stabilizer (PSS) as one of the important control systems in the production sector will be investigated. Since these stabilizers have different types, so the application of each type will be examined and practical solutions for their adjustment will be stated. We will also show that by using the right type of PSS and fine-tuning it, network stability is dramatically increased.
