خلاصه مقاله:
According to the recent studies, electrospun poly (Ɛ-caprolactone) (PCL) has been reported as an attractive candidate for formulation of biocompatible scaffold using in tissue engineering. Moreover, it should be noted that this electrospun scaffold consisting of PCL can have disadvantages such as low cell adhesion, inactivity of the surface, osteoinduction, as well as acidic destruction of this scaffold that causes inflammation at the implant site, often making it unsuitable implant. The aim of this study was to improve PCL base scaffolds with formulation of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane– Polycaprolactone (POSS-PCL) nanofiber scaffolds. The structures of nanohybrids and nanofibers were evaluated by FTIR, HNMR, XRD, SEM.
