خلاصه مقاله:
In This paper, three PWM control methods: simple boost, maximum boost, maximum constant boost are studied and compared for an improved Y-Source inverter. Their simulations are carried out using PSIM software. To make the results comparable, the proposed inverter is simulated using the same input voltage, link-dc voltage, switching frequency, shoot-through duty ratio and output load for all three different PWM control methods. The comparison shows that the simple boost control is the most suitable PWM control method for the proposed inverter. This is because it has less output current total harmonic distortion and current ripple.
