We have often seen water droplets formed on cold objects. Even while diving, we have had the experience of decreasing the temperature in the depths. These prompted us to come up with innovative and potential designs based on the thermal potential of sea, lake, ocean water and solar energy. Given the water stress in the world and the need to use renewable energy, we presented a general plan entitled “Ocean, Thermal Potential and Desalination (OTPD). This project by using solar energy and thermal potential in different layers of water can easily provide water, reduce electricity consumption, agricultural development, aquaculture and business spaces.
