In this project, first try to complete the simulation and check the temperature and concentration graphs and profiles to study them so that we can apply our desired changes and extract the desired results. In the light of the fact that cost reductions, while at the same time increasing productivity, are emphasized, it is again appropriate to make changes to reflux ratio, distillation rate, feed stage and also number of stage and to observe the effects of each on separation towers, purity and discharge. Of course, given that the inputs and outputs, as well as other connections to the towers, we did some brief but thorough investigations, which are briefly explained below. Standard pipe sizes will be used for the inlet and outlet nozzles. It is important to avoid flow restrictions at the inlet and outlet nozzles to prevent excessive pressure drop and flow inducedvibration of the tubes. As well as omitting some tube rows (see Section ۱۲.۵.۴), the baffle spacing is usually increased in the nozzle zone, to increase the flow area. For vapors and gases, where the inlet velocities will be high, the nozzle may be flared, or special designs used, to reduce the inlet velocities.
