In this paper, first we investigate some new results in MV -algebras. Specially, we show that for any infinitecountable set M, we can construct an MV -algebra. Then by considering the concept of ordering relation andisomorphic algebras on any non-empty set construct MV -algebras. In last we via the equivalence relationsconnect MV -algebras and MV -chaines
