Triple-Negative Breast Cancer(TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancercharacterized by the absence ofexpression of estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor (PR) andhuman epidermal growth factorreceptor ۲ (HER۲). It accounts for۱۰–۲۰% of all breast cancers.Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) consists of severaltransmembrane glycoproteinsbelonging to the ErbB family ofreceptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) andexerts critical functions in epithelialcell physiology. In the current study, keywords includingTriple-Negative Breast Cancer,Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, andOver Expression were reviewed fromthe list of Mesh and other crediblewebsites including PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar and the datawas organized.
