Mammary Paget`s disease (MPD), a raredisease with an incidence rate of ۰.۵-۵%,with a related malignancy prevalence ofmore than ۹۰%. This study assessedMPD and the association betweenmolecular trend and prognosis.During ۲۰۰۸-۲۰۱۸, all patients withMPD referred to the pathology wards ofYazd hospitals were investigated using acensus process in this analytical-crosssectional study. Data including age, typeof underlying cancer, involved breastside and the molecular pattern ER, PRand HER۲ were already retrieved usinga pre-designed checklist. Data were thenanalyzed by SPSS v.۱۸ and the survivalwas measured using the Kaplan–Meiercurve and log rank test. The P value wasconsidered statistically significant to beless than ۰.۰۵.
