In this paper, for selecting potential improvement facilities in a SCM, we have surveyed close loop supply chain in six parts (Potentiality, Cost, ECD …) for choosing the best facilities, analytic network process (ANP) has used. Due to traditional ANP criticized for its unbalanced scale of judgment and failure to precisely handle the inherent uncertainty and vagueness in carrying out pair-wise comparison, we use fuzzy ANP with triangular fuzzy numbers for pair-wise comparisons and the extent analysis method for value of alternatives and criteria.Keywords: FuzzyANP, Triangular fuzzy number (TFN), SCM, ECD
