خلاصه مقاله:
In this work, the effect of ambient oxygen on the structural and electrochemical characteristics of MXene layers was investigated. It is observed that if MXene layers are exposed to oxygen especially during the drying time, oxide species are emerged on the Ti۳C۲Tx surface which are assumed to be TiO۲ nanoclusters. These nano-clusters change the structure and electrical conductivity of the layers and deteriorate the electrochemical performance of them. To examine the structure of MXene layers, scanning electron microscopy, and XRD analysis is used. The electrochemical characteristics of the layers are examined by the means of Cyclic voltammetry
