Fused Depositional Modeling (FDM) is one of the common methods for ۳D printing of polymers. Themechanical properties of ۳D printed parts strongly depend on the selection of processing parameters. In this paper, theeffect of two important parameters, i.e., infill density and infill pattern, were investigated on the tensile properties ofthe PLA material. Hence, the tensile specimens with three infill densities of ۲۵, ۵۰ and ۷۵% were printed. Besides, someinfill patterns such as honeycomb, grid and rectilinear were considered in order to evaluate its effect on the tensileproperties of PLA specimens under quasi-static loading. It was resulted that the specimen with the rectilinear patternand infill density of ۷۵%has the highest tensile stiffness and strength.
