L-PBF technology has received much attention in the manufacturing and production ofaerospace, automotive, medical, etc. parts due to its unique features in recent years.Considering that it is inevitable to achieve porosity-free parts in this technology, theperformance of these parts, especially under fatigue loading, faces challenges. Therefore,it is necessary to check the performance of these porosity during the fatigue test. Duringthis research, the behavior ofthe growth ofporosity and the way ofcreating cracks in theparts made by L-PBF technology were investigated by performing the bending-torsionalfatigue test and their microscopic investigations and Non Destructive inspection
