Flipped teaching is a pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves from group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter. The issue of attitude toward using technology in teaching is not new one. There appears to be a positive attitude toward technology. Therefore the current study’s researcher aimed to seek out new information about the relationship among EFL teachers’ age, educational level, experience and teachers’ attitude toward applying flipped teaching technology model. The current study investigated EFL teachers working in Jahad-Daneshgahi in Tabriz. ۵۰ EFL teachers including ۳۸ females and ۱۲ males, ranging in age from ۲۵ to ۴۰, participated at this study. The finding of the study based on the non-parametric Spearman Rank-Order Correlation revealed that there were statistically significant relationship among the EFL teachers’ age, experience, educational level and their attitude toward applying flipped teaching model. This study recommends that in order to improve the EFL learners’ skills, the EFL teachers can apply the flipped teaching model.
