خلاصه مقاله:
In this article, an active phase shifter using the vector-summing method is presented, which can change the phase from ۰ to ۳۶۰ degrees. The frequency range is ۸ to ۱۲ GHz. The vector summing method of two signals is used with appropriate amplitudes and ۹۰ degrees of phase difference, and the desired phase shift is obtained. Signals with a phase difference of ۹۰ degrees are created utilizing the orthogonal all-pass filter. Then, two orthogonal signals are converted into four orthogonal signals using two transformers. Four orthogonal signals are inputs of variable gain amplifiers. When the amplitude is changed through the control voltage, different phases are obtained. The desired simulations are done using ۶۵-nm CMOS technology.
