خلاصه مقاله:
A World Health Organization study reports that ۵۰% of fertility problems are caused by malefactors. The spermatocytes and spermatids, as part of the process of proliferation anddifferentiation of the spermatogonia stem cell (SSC), undergo two meiosis, which culminate inthe mature spermiogenesis of the individual. It is helpful to use SSCs to understand adult stemcell biology. We constructed a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network using STRINGdatabase, Cytoscape software and some other databases from genes associated with theSSC cell cycle in the current study. As a result of the reconstruction of the PPI network, ۹protein modules were discovered. Following that, the most significant miRNAs were identified, and modules were introduced as significant markers of male infertility based on the importanceand degree of these genes.
