Dynamic environments provide sports organizations with various threats and opportunities for optimization and development. This study aims to examine the effect of dynamic capabilities on organizational performance with the mediating role of ambidexterity and digital platforms in the Tehran Municipality Sports Organization. This practical, developmental, and quantitative study was conducted at the Tehran Municipal Sports Organization in Iran. A total of ۲۱۳ questionnaires were obtained through Google Forms and the data analysis was conducted using SPSS۲۶ and Smart PLS version ۴. This study highlights the importance of digital platforms and ambidexterity mediators in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. It also addresses the lack of an effect of technological and market turbulence on the relationship between ambidextrous capabilities and performance. Finally, suggestions for future research are presented.
