Knowledge management in civil engineering projects of Tehran Municipality is of utmost importance due to their complexity and large scale, requiring the utilization of specialized knowledge and expertise. This article first examines the significance and requirements of knowledge management in civil engineering projects of Tehran Municipality. Then, solutions and methods for knowledge management in these projects are presented, and the challenges that may arise in this regard are discussed. Furthermore, an appropriate schedule for implementing knowledge management in civil engineering projects of Tehran Municipality is proposed, and important points for improving performance and reducing risks in these projects are addressed. Emphasizing the importance of sharing knowledge and experiences, this article will contribute to sustainable development and the improvement of the quality of life for the citizens of Tehran.
