In order to can achieve a better perception of users in networks and websites, today, there is a need for innovation in the fields of the design process, more than past. The present research aims to recognize the innovative approach in design and its relationship with criteria that create a better perception of users, especially the websites. In the present era, the tendency to innovate in organizations can improve performance, reduce costs, and better two-sided cooperation of organizations with users and customers. The attitude of designers about usability in product design and innovation that influence usability can help users understand, perceive and access more easily. The present study is a descriptive-analytical survey, and information gathered through library studies and related documents to the field of the study. Results indicated that the innovative vision of designers can improve the usability and it's a factor to increase the performance and impressment of websites and also, an easier understanding and a greater communication and interaction with users.
