This article explores the network of stakeholders involved in the Persian Leopard Conservation Program and examines the collaborative relationships that underpin this initiative. By utilizing network analysis techniques, the study provides insights into the dynamics, dependencies, and effectiveness of stakeholder interactions. The analysis reveals key actors, knowledge flows, and patterns of collaboration within the network. The findings highlight the importance of strong stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and collaboration in wildlife conservation efforts. Recommendations include strengthening key stakeholder engagement, improving information flow and knowledge-sharing, enhancing collaboration among stakeholders, addressing vulnerabilities and building resilience, and implementing continuous monitoring and evaluation. By understanding and optimizing the stakeholder network, policymakers and practitioners can make informed decisions and develop effective conservation strategies. This research contributes to the understanding and enhancement of stakeholder engagement in conservation, supporting the long-term survival of the Persian leopard and biodiversity conservation efforts.
