خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, the photonic band structure of a one dimensional photonic crystal based on graphene multilayer system (PC-GM) is investigated using the transfer matrixmethod. The PC-GM is periodically parallel stacks of alternating a multilayer graphene system with the dielectric stripes between them and a dielectric layer. Also, the effects of introducing a defect in the PC-GM is examined and demonstrated the degree of localization of the defect modebecome greater with increasing the period number of the PCGM. Furthermore, variation of the layers width can tune the defect mode.
