خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper the effect of monomer functionality on the abrasion resistance against a homemade abrader and also micro hardness was investigated. The dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)was used to determine the cross-link density of the polymer networks and elastic modulus as a function of reactivity of the system. Results showed with increasing the number of acrylate bonds of the monomers, the rate of photo polymerization, elastic modulus and also cross-link density increased. As a result the micro hardness and gloss retention with increasing the monomer functionality, elastic modulus and cross-link density have been improved.
