Today, there is a unique competition in the field of stable architecture. Nowadays, as a result of impressive increase in population and urbanization, some issues have gained a great concern among scholars and academic circles such as stable development considering the resource consumption, by leaving for posterity, while meeting our needs. In fact, The development is a comprehensive progress in all aspects like social, Economic , Cultural, Political and environmental contexts. It is essential to understand more stable growth in the future, that involves examining some examples of traditional and stable cities in which time is proven to be the main reason of their stability. This paper aims to identify the components of stability and stable development, methods to achieve the stability of development of urban sustainability and to see how Masule has achieved its components of stable development. In this paper, quantitative studies have been used as questionnaire, in order to obtain the desired results and finally, we worked on merging and investigating the components of stable development in Masule historical city. Findings of this research suggest that Masule city has been able to respond positively to economic, Physical, Environmental and social justice ( creation of job basis for different classes of society : Social justice and equal rights for men and women and every person is entitled ) issues overtime and it is considered as a city with the desired characteristics of environmental and stable architecture.
