Copper catalyzed oxidative coupling reaction of dimethyl formamides with 2-carbonyl-substituted phenolssuccessfully proceeded through direct C–H bond activation of dimethyl formamides. Desiredcarbamates was formedunder microwavecondition in excellent yield. In this protocol heterogeneous catalyst was applied for synthesis ofcarbamates.
