خلاصه مقاله:
Electro-oxidition of glucose effectively is well famous as the critical point in developing analytical sensors and carbohydrate-based fuel cells. Here, we modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) by ZSM-5 nanozeolite with average diameter of 82 nm. Then, Ni2+ ions were incorporated to the nanozeolite by immersion of the modified electrode in a 0.5 M nickel chloride solution. This modified electrode was used as anode for the electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose in 0.1 M of NaOH solution. The obtained data confirmed that ZSM-5 nanozeolite at the surface of CPE improves catalytic efficiency of the dispersed nickel ions toward oxidation of glucose. The sensor showed an acceptable linear range of 0–6.1 mM with detection limit of 0.14 mM.
