خلاصه مقاله:
Porous materials are an important used predominantly for separation applications, including filtration and chromatographic media. MOFs are superior to other porous sorbents in adsorptive removal of various toxic components because of their high surface area, various pore geometries, facile functionalization, and tunable porosities. We presented an innovative study of the removal of palladium and lead from water by MOFs via cation exchange and ultrasonic irradiation. Lead and palladium ions were completely removed and adsorption capacity was 140 mg/0.016g for Cd and Pb MOFs at pH 6.3 and 5.8, respectively. Finally, the lead and palladiumcontent in extracted and stripping solution was determined by XRPD, FT-IR and UV/vis spectroscopy.
