خلاصه مقاله:
This study examined the efficiency of poly-3 (methylethiophene)-sawdust (P3MTh/SD) nanocompositefor removal of Rhodamine Bas a typical cationic dye from aqueous waste streams in batch mode. The nature and morphology of adsorbents were characterized by SEM analysis. The kinetics and thermodynamic of adsorption behaviour of P3MTh/SD was examined and the maximum adsorption efficiency was obtained atpH 10. Sorption capacity of P3MTh/SD for dye uptake was about two times that of untreated sawdust. Dye-loaded P3MTh/SD sorbent could be regenerated using low-cost chemicals.
