خلاصه مقاله:
The present work, To decrease thermal decomposition temperature of ammonium perchlorate (AP), The manganese acetylacetonate was coated on AP by Non-solvent, solvent method at room temperature to make a uniform and steady shell. its catalytic activitie towards thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate was investigated using DSC technique. manganese oxide Mn2O3 nano-catalyst was prepared simultaneous with thermal decomposition process using manganese acetylacetonate Mn(acac)3. manganese acetylacetonate showed best catalytic activity and the thermal decomposition temperature of ammonium perchlorate shift downward about 88 °C. The kinetic parameters also briefly discussed. DSC, XRD and SEM techniques were applied for studying of thermal behavior, structural, morphological characterization for determining of surface area of synthesized powder coated uniformly on ammonium perchlorate, respectively.
