Asample of employees from Iran's banking industry is used as a study group. Amongvarious types of ethical climate found in this industry, the ethical climates of laws andprocedural codes, and organizational rules and procedures were the most highly ratedtypes, respectively, whereas the ethical climate of self-interest was the least one. Inaddition, employees stated that procedural justice is more important than distributivejustice.
