خلاصه مقاله:
Travel time information is one of the most important information in moving planning, transportation operation and transportation management. Travel time is the most useful pointer of the level of service in road links, and perhaps the most important variable for evaluating congestion. The proposed method includes in a data fusiontechnique estimating different travel time in order to gain a more accurate fused value with less error than estimation by itself. This paper, by applying the H-infinity filtering algorithm, focuses on the analysis of the travel time estimation. The results of this algorithm are compared to the results of Kalman filtering algorithm that has been used in recent studies. The Global Positioning System (GPS) test vehicle technique is used to collect travel time considering the real-time data already collected.
