For creating Electronic Health Record (EHR) ,we require to know components of EHR, therefore, we disuse in this article about essential components for transition to the EHR and its management is the process by with electronic (e.g., digital) health records are created or received and preserved for evidentialry (e.g., legal business) purpose . also for transition of EHR (from paper health record to electronic health record) , we should define policies and procedure , standards, content , format , confidentiality and security and interfaces (essential components).
