خلاصه مقاله:
Two issues are of importance in Cloud computation centers: the first issue is huge amounts of electrical energy consumption that has resulted to increase operating costs and CO2 emissions. And the other issue is compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA). Before starting the initial setup process within the virtual machines for proper physical hosts, it can significantly reduce energy consumption. Such an issue is of the kind of (NP-hard) problems. In this paper, meta-heuristic imperialist competition algorithm (ICA) has been used to solve it. As a result, as we will see energy consumption has fallen significantly and the violation amount of SLA is almost zero.
