Information visualization is based on the fact that the human visual system has great talent for recognizinginformation patterns. The web-based open source analysis and visualization is valuable today for thecomprehension of social networks. This research proposes an approach to facilitate understanding socialnetwork. The paper describes an implementation of the approach called INSVis tool. The Interactive GUIfor analytic network and knowledge maps of this visualizer are useful for vaccine researchers to recognizethe proficiency of previous researchers without browsing articles. Results from RAZI Vaccine and SerumResearch Center indicate that, compared with the benchmark system, knowledge maps supported a fastercomprehension of information are acceptable for scientists.
